Twickenham stadium!

Thanks to the husband of the pharmacist of the mum of a friend from Orlean, we got 2 tickets first row for the France-England match of the 6 Nation!!!
We were very excited, sure that the game would be close but interresting and that we had a good chance to win. The greatness of the full stadium, the basque music band, our strong players arriving on the field, the french flags and national anthem were already giving us a feeling of victory.

69 seconds after the start of the game, our confidence dropped greatly after the first english try through a 'gruyere cheese' defense. One minute and 34 seconds after the start of the second half of the game, england leading 34 to 0 we no hope anymore. We were just wishing to win at least a penalty not to look too ridiculous and were quite irritated by this english photographer keeping on taking shots of us.
The second half was not as bad as the first one but still we were far from winning when the referry ended the game.

Hopefully we had spent a lovely week-end being taken care of by 2 friends of Nico : Chris and Hannah supporter. However, at this point I have to mention that Hannah - fervent english supporter, didn't show much compassion in the sms she was sending after each english try!

Concerning the photographer, we are very proud because he is famous and thanks to him we had our picture printed in the french sport magazin 'L'equipe magazine'. Lastly, although we've lost we're very proud because not everybody can pretend having a picture of Chabal in their albums. :-)
